I was not impressed. I do think pictures would have helped quite a bit. I think this book was directed for the person who has the exact model that the author has. I know I don't. The author references temperature and power settings. High, Low, and numerical settings. I have the Pro and it only has temperature up to 350. Some of the recipes in this call for 425 degrees. This is supposed to be written for a beginner but I think it is more for someone who is very familiar with the oven, along the level of the author. As a new person to the NuWave I was looking for information on the oven as well as the recipes. This was not provided. For instance where do you find the 1 inch rack? What is the best type of cookware to use. I was hoping for hints and direction on what types of cuts, fresh versus frozen meats and vegetables, how to keep food from drying out, etc. Things beginners need to know. This was not provided. I've resorted to YouTube, Google and NuWave website recipe page. This book has gone into my cloud library to stay. Some day I may bring it down again but for now that's where its home is.
This is the first cookbook I have reviewed. I've always been satisfied before.Here's what got my goat:~ Many recipes for 3 people. Who cooks for three people? If they were written for 4 people it would be easy to halve them and prepare food for 2.~The meat recipes don't specify how the meat will come out: rare, medium or well done. (There is at least 1 exception to this. )~And, as others have commented, there are no illustrations so the reader is left to figure out herself how to position the racks for different recipes and cooking methods.~There is no index. This is a real problem for a cookbook.I'm returning it.
If you own or are thinking of getting a NuWave oven, then this cookbook is a must-have.It's great for anyone, even novices in the kitchen.There are countless quick & tasty recipes for those of us who simply don't have the time to spend hours preparing a meal.Being pescatarian though, I just wish there were more recipes with seafood but there plenty of vegetable-based meals to make up for it.

I follow a Keto Diet. I love my way of eating but it does make it difficult to find good food sometimes. I love that this book is full of recipes that I can make quickly. The directions are so easy to follow. The dish always comes out tasting like it should.
I'm new to the Nuwave pro oven so I bought a few cookbooks. You would think when making a BEGINNER cookbook that pictures should be a priority, hence the word beginner, right? Not Frankie Nicholson, who put together this cookbook. I'm so disappointed in this purchase. I know how to cook, so to me this book was ok but for a beginner, they'd have a lot of unanswered questions due to lack of pictures. The dessert section begins at page 108 but the book only goes to page 98. I think this one will be returned.
